Vale
Vale is the biggest city in Astorea, housing districts for each race, respectively. It is a central hub for trade, commerce, as well as housing shrines for each God in the pantheon. Vale is also home to the biggest of the wizard's colleges, Harold's Tower, and is where the human king resides, King Terrowin.
  Nymeria.
Nymeria isn't quite as big as Vale, but it is another city in the human territory. Nymeria is located within the grasslands, surrounded by fields within a deep valley and shadowed by the mountains which border the dwarven lands.
  Ars'dornac.
ars'dornac is the second biggest city in astorea. it is the capitol for the elves and resides right in the middle of the elven territory, the greenwod. the elven leaders live here, and much like vale, there is a temple for worship of the pantheon here as well.
  Valencia.
valencia can be found at the far western end of astorea, at the edge of the endless desert. valencia is known not only for its location within the desert, but also for the port that merchants can use for trade and fishing. camels are often bred and raised here.
  Wrothgar.
wrothgar is the capitol city for the orcs. it is located in the far north, though unlike the dwarven cities, it is not located within the mountains. wrothgar is known also for breeding large dire wolves.
  khazad'ghul.
the main hub for dwarves, khazad'ghul is located deep within the mountains. the city is underground, in true dwarf fashion, and made out of strong iron. this is where most black smithing and dwarven inventions come from, due to the large forge within the middle.
  khaz moran.
khaz moran is another dwarven city, built similarly to khazad'ghul, though much like the main city of the dwarves is known for its inventions, this city is home to griffon and mountain ram breeding.
  Skyhold.
for centuries, skyhold was abandoned. it resides deep within the dwarven mountains, and upon being revitalized it has become the central hub and home for the main characters of the game as it is their base of commands
  The greenwood.
the greenwood spans for most of the elven territory. it is a thick, lush, green forest and stretches clear to the beginning of the red desert.
  the red desert.
the red desert, if most can avoid it, is not crossed much. cartographers refuse to cover much of the area because of how vast and arrid it is. dangerous scorpions, bandit clans and rock elementals span the area, and to cross it one would need a camel and a lot of water to protect against heatstroke.
  the borean tundra.
the borean tundra is a vast, wild land, nestled between the northern mountains. many nordic settlements as well as orc villages reside here.
